The property was very clean and well maintained. It is spacious and has great ocean views and large balconies for enjoying them. There is a small sand beach a short walk down the beach (the beach immediately in front of the property is rocky), and larger beaches are a short drive away. In terms of extras - this property is what every rental should aspire to. There was a lovely gift basket filled with snacks, a large variety of teas and coffees, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves (not counting the ones in the apartment below), and even an electric griddle which made the cooks very happy when preparing morning pancakes. And there were a wide assortment of beach toys boogie boards, beach shoes, and beach chairs. They even had hidden small toys around the house for the younger children to find which they loved. My extended family of 11 had a great stay and I hope we return for another trip in the future.

The host was extremely responsive and any issues were resolved within hours of reaching out. The house was fully stocked and the AC was absolutely delightful! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Just book this house!! You will not be disappointed! Perfect location, great amenities, Al with property management is just a message away if you could possibly need anything but I don’t know how you could!! We had a group of 11 from ages 5 months to 52 and there was nothing we could have asked for that wasn’t already there. We had an amazing time! THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Everything that you will ever need a want. House is very well stocked. Really enjoyed how close we were to stores and restaurants but yet felt like the entire beach belonged to just us. Definitely recommend!

We had a top notch stay at this property. So much so we have booked another of this company’s homes for next year. It is actual turnkey. All the water toys, so many towels, stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Lots of thoughtful extras like portable fans and binoculars. We can’t say enough good things.

Wonderful property

Best stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Very thoughtful owners and excellent communication. Rocky beach and the very close road are the only negatives but they are far outweighed by everything else. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for the kind review, and for sharing your impressions of the home with others. The home's rocky ocean bluff is both blessing and curse: The rocks protect it against hurricanes, allowing the home to sit right above the surf and provide OMG views. In fact, the home's so close to the surf that you can toss a piece of grilled shrimp from the grill into the water (as bait), and cast your fishing line into the sea a moment later and reel in dinner! (Fortunately, just 75 feet away, the beach is rock-free and much more fun to swim. ) Great observation about the road: The proximity of the road can be an issue a few times every year, such as Memorial Day Weekend (as was the case with your stay). That's a weekend that everybody flocks to the beach and the road gets busier than usual. We'll see you next time!

Great Place!

Rented this beautiful home for myself and employees for a job. The home was very spacious, clean, they spared no expense in making sure all guests had everything they needed to make there stay awesome. Life jackets, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and much more. lovely place all around!

Paradise

The best vacation ever. This was a 60th birthday trip with my sisters! It was a great home. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Al’s properties. It makes it hard to stay anywhere else! Location was great beach is beautiful and the home is well appointed. Can’t wait for our next stay at one of Al’s properties!
