The unit was tiny. It was a one car garage made into a rental. There was no room to turn around. No place to put clothes. The only running water was the sink in the bathroom. It was clean and the shower was nice and they tried to decorate itBut you can put lipstick on a pig and it is still a pig

Cozy and delightful! This cozy little studio has everything you need for a stay in the Sellwood neighborhood. It’s perfectly located, nicely decorated, private, clean, and comfy. The small patio area is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking to explore this area of Portland, you can’t go wrong booking at Coco Rose.

Wonderful property in lovely neighborhood

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful with any questions. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we visit Portland!

Ideal place. We went to visit my sister in law who lives about a mile away. Located in a nice neighborhood with many different businesses nearby. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect for visit to Lewis & Clark College

I stayed at Coco Rose Retreat when visiting my daughter at Lewis & Clark. It was a perfect location - close to the school and in the heart of Sellwood and all of its restaurants and businesses. The space itself was clean and very nice - great for my solo trip to Portland.
