I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in Monroe for a conference. The cottage was very cozy, pleasant, perfect and was what I needed. Really clean! Property manager was great! I plan to come again during my next conference.

We just needed a place to stay for one night, as we were passing through, to go to the Duck Commander warehouse before heading to Texas. This place was perfect!! Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to town, and super clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Loved this little stay! Clean and comfortable. The fridge is kind of small, it’s not an average sized fridge. Not a problem for us but just a heads up for grocery shopping! Close to everything. Michele was very friendly and quick to respond to messages! Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Very nice, very clean. Wi-Fi was spot on. The neighbors where a little loud you could hear them slamming their doors. Cats everywhere. Bed was too hard for me. I felt safe, and that mattered more to me than anything. Great location, in the middle of all things food and convenience. If the bed was softer I would give this place five stars. Overall I recommend due to safety, location, and cleanliness.
