Me and my Partner had amazing stay with great accommodations it was easy to find Paking and easy great check in HAS COUCH AND QUEEN BED FULL SHOWER!!!! The Patio is best part of this place great stay !

The location was super convenient and walkable. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. The property itself was cute, the kitchen and porch were nice perks, and the system for access to the building was smooth.

Please beware! The pictures are misleading. You get what you pay for. The check in and out process was great as well as the apartment staff but other than that, I would not recommend. AC is very old and doesn’t work, the furniture is very cheap, the window is stuck slightly open and the door is seconds away from caving in. We did not feel safe at night and ended up leaving. Use caution when you stay.

Host was responsive. The room was very clean and amazing. Everything functioned well, no complaints. I was there for a conference, so the location was perfect. Every place I needed to go to could be accessed through the MARTA train or walking, so I have no experience with the parking and cannot comment on that, but the driving/parking situation in Atlanta sounds rough based on what my colleagues who got rental cars said.

Secure building, friendly staff, multiple door entrance side door closes at 9pm reopens in the morning allowing everyone to use front door entrance only late at night which adds to the security. Property sits beside an ice cream store, corner store and liquor store. Restaurants and walking distance also able to Uber eats.. beautiful view from the screened in balcony with seating. Excellent for your morning cup of tea or just to read a book or catch vibes and not be bothered by bugs or onlookers. Nice size kitchen with the ability to Cook with a full size fridge. Bathroom Hall has an additional set of doors to allow you to change without being seen by anyone else n the home. Additional seating in the room was a love seat and a desk and chair. Board games and Uno were provided in case you tired of watching TV... Within 15 minutes you could walk to the aquarium, Coca-Cola factory and on that corner sits a nice Park and additional dining options

Studio apartment. Was clean. Older building. No cameras in the hallways. Bad neighborhood with terrible parking. Door to my unit was not secure so I did not stay! Contacted manager and this was a disappointment as it was not fixed.

Old dated apartment they used Ai to make the apartment look better. The door doesn’t close all the way which is a safety risk. The balcony is kinda dirty the couch out there has stains on it. The bed is cheap and we felt like one big movement the bed would break. Non white linens and towels not very professional. Only pros is the location it wa close to our event downtown. If you have the money go somewhere else.

The place was dirty. They're was no rod for adjusting the blinds, blinds just had to be closed the whole stay. We got one towel for 2 guests, for 3 days. Most of the cheap IKEA furniture felt like it was going to fall apart. The outside porch smelled like weed from the neighbors at ALL times. Felt like some investor bought a spot and put the battery minimum into making it inhabitable. Porch was absolutely filthy. Pretty sure the host was using AI for communication. Spend a few bucks more per night for a better experience anywhere else...

Air conditioning was weak to put it gently. If there wasn’t fans I probably would have left . Building nice area nice ,even apartment nice and comfortable. But I would improve that AC and I would stay again even recommended it to others .
