A Cozy Library for Book Lovers and Coffee and Tea Lovers: The barn’s library is stocked with a carefully curated collection of books, ranging from timeless classics to modern favorites. and for coffee lovers, our coffee bar is a highlight not to be missed. The bar is equipped with everything you need to craft your perfect cup, tea or coffee, a coffee machine, an espresso machine, a French press, and a selection of locally sourced beans. 5 minutes from Kingston, 15 minutes to New Paltz. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am

We had a wonderful stay!! The host was very informative with all aspects of our stay. She even let us know the best local pizza place. The water and snacks were very appreciated and there was anything you may have left at home readily available. We loved our stay!

What a lovely and well stocked place! Tamme and Brian are such wonderful hosts! They gave us fresh eggs, the fridge was stocked with drinks and condiments, the beds were comfortable, the place was quiet and peaceful - and seriously, it has to be the best stocked vacation rental ever - and I stay in many. Lots of books, games, spices, toiletries, towels - everything you could need. I look forward to returning!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean. There was plenty of linens. Having access to a washer/dryer was a plus. There was easy access to the Wallkill Rail Trail and I had a couple of lovely bike rides. The refrigerator was stocked with water, basic condiments, and seltzer. Plenty of snacks were available. There was a nice selection of coffee and an option for expresso. The host was readily available to help when I licked myself out!

What a great place! The moment you open the door into the living room with the wall of books and games and all the cozy touches, you feel welcome. The fridge was stocked with some drinks and the coffee bar was great as advertised. The main bedroom was bright and inviting. We were close to Kingston but yet in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice little house. Spacious place for 2 people. The bedroom was light and airy with all the plants. The bed was very comfy. We slept well. Good amount of outlets bedside. Living room couch was great. Decor was really fun. Lots of books if you want to read and games if you get bored. We were out most of the 4 days we were there so didn't need. 2 nice big TVs had all the streaming channels. Internet was reliable. Kitchen was spacious. Coffee bar was great. I made great use of it. Host even dropped off some half and half. Fridge was stocked with lots of water and other goodies for use by guests. The water bottles really came in handy for our hikes. Also snacks in jars was a nice touch. Bathroom had tons of towels. Toiletries in case you missed something as well. Only thing was we could not find tissues anywhere in the house. Overall a great stay. Only suggestion I had is that there was very limited space in the bedroom drawers for our clothes. Most had bedding in them. We made it work, but maybe move some of the comforters to the closet. Would stay again. Really liked the location in proximity to all the places we planned to visit.
