Excelente casa, proprietária nota 1000!!!

Estivemos no período de dezembro/22 a casa é excelente com uma linda vista para a praia e com todos os recursos necessários, não precisamos levar nenhum utensílio. A Sra Marly super atenciosa e prestativa sempre muito solícita. Tirando a chuva que pegamos espero voltar em breve.

Ótima casa em condomínio super organizado e silencioso. Nem saímos para visitar outras praias, já que a praia do condomínio é ótima, tem água morna e fica vazia. O condomínio conta ainda com excelente restaurante, cujos proprietários, Eliane e Arthur, cozinham divinamente e recebem os hóspedes com todo carinho. Para fechar "com chave de ouro", os anfitriões, Sr. Georg e Sra. Marly, são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Eu e minha familia adoramos tudo e voltaremos muitas vezes, com certeza!

Ótima estadia!

A Casa do Alto da Praia foi uma boa experiência para minha família. Viajamos em sete adultos e um bebê e contamos com facilidades como cadeirão e banheira para a bebê, toalhas de banho e lençóis para todos. A casa é exatamente como aparece nas fotos, com essa vista incrível, mas requer uma caminhadinha para chegar até o mar. O condomínio é bastante agradável, com muita área verde. Quando estivemos o bar da piscina estava funcionando com preços módicos para a região. Na casa tudo estava funcionando a contento e havia taças, panelas, travessas suficientes para o uso nas festas de fim de ano. Além disso, o Georg é uma simpatia e atendeu minha família em todas as demandas que foram feitas. Uma única ressalva que alguns fizeram foi a respeito da iluminação na casa, um pouco escura, mas para mim em nada atrapalhou, acendemos algumas velas e foi tudo ótimo!

Excelente hospedagem!!!!!! Pró: Casa toda muito organizada, muito bem equipada ( máquina de lavar, micro ondas, forninho, panelas de qualidade, vasilhas variadas, suporte para água mineral, otimo fogão, geladeira duplex bem grande) casa muito limpa, ótima localização, condomínio estruturado e bem seguro, o carro fica ao lado da casa ...Área da piscina com segurança e restaurante em pleno funcionamento, D. Marly é muito atenciosa e sempre pronta a ajudar, o condomínio tem um público seletivo e isso nos dá privacidade, ( exeto em uma noite onde os hóspedes da casa da frente ligaram uma caixa de som atrapalhando um pouco), com certeza indicarei e voltarei à me hospedar. Contra: Ar condicionado do quarto principal não estava gelando muito bem, o banheiro de um dos quartos volta cheiro forte, falta exaustor na cozinha, fiz um bife grelhado e a fumaça se espalhou pela casa toda.
