A decent apartment, the host was quickly responsive to any messages and checked in periodically to see if i needed anything. Security fencing and double door created a safe place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment was nice but the area is not. Clean, beds comfortable. Areas to improve: bigger coffee pot, enough mugs/towels for number of people (had to search for the 5th set of towels).

It is a central location and is normal to see homeless people along Central Av. In NM. Unfortunately you just booked for 4 guests and everything was ready for you. Next day after your arrival, we found out that instead of 4 you had 1 extra unbooked guest staying with you! ( no wonder you couldn’t find the 5th towel). Next time please book for the exactly number of guests and everything will be planned accordingly. Thank you for treating well our apartment.

Elmer is the Most attentive and flexible VRBO host I have ever met. The apartment was very clean and secure. And if it has not been recently remodeled, it sure felt like it had been. I would stay again.

It was clean and the host was very good at communication; however, it was in a very dangerous neighborhood and we did not feel safe. My husband had to leave a day before the three kids and I so we stayed somewhere else for our last night. There were numerous in-housed people on the streets, gunshots in the stop sign etc. In addition, there were not enough pillows for our family, and no laundry detergent.
