The house is very cozy, has a lot of charm! The kitchen was stocked, there were plenty of towels and it very clean throughout. The host was also great w/ quick responses to some questions we had. We will definitely be staying again!

This is a lovely historic home in a peaceful country setting. It was perfect for our two-night family get together. It has plenty of beautiful spaces to gather inside and we really enjoyed the porches and fire pit outside. Having a single shower in the house was manageable for our small group but it could have been a challenge at full capacity. The property was clean and well-equipped and our host was welcoming and responsive.

The home was clean and well cared for. The setting was incredibly peaceful. The host was prompt in replying when we had questions. I think we have found our new place to stay when visiting family. Definitely beats any of the local hotels!

All the rooms are very clean. The host has provided an excellent home to stay in this week. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect for wanting to be out of town and seeing the fall colors. Beth the host has been nothing but wonderful to communicate with. The kitchen is fully stocked and the grill is new.

The farm house was amazing and very clean. We loved the back deck and the huge dining room table. More than enough space for all nine of us to enjoy a family golf weekend. Beth was great to work with and very invested in making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again next year. Would highly recommend!

This home is truly spectacular. We stayed over Thanksgiving, expecting that preparing a holiday meal away from the conveniences of our own kitchen might be challenging. Instead, we found that the kitchen far exceeded what we have at home—beautifully equipped and a joy to cook in. The dining room is equally impressive and provided a perfect space for our entire family to gather and share meals together.The home itself is a beautifully restored early-1900s house, full of charm and character. It overlooks a peaceful pond and a gorgeous barn, creating a setting that feels both serene and special. Cozy yet spacious, it was an ideal place for a memorable family holiday.

My wife, daughter, and I recently stayed at Tom's Farm Country Retreat for a long weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. Our first thought when we walked in was that the pictures online did not do the property justice. The home was beautiful, updated, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay.The grounds were equally impressive. Everything was beautifully kept, and it was clear that a great deal of care goes into maintaining the property. Beth was an excellent host and even shared her personal cell phone number, making herself available if we needed anything.One of our favorite features was the beautiful pond just off the back porch. Waking up each morning to the sounds of frogs and other wildlife was peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the scenery.We also appreciated the location. The retreat felt quiet and secluded, yet it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do around Conneaut Lake, making it both peaceful and convenient.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose Tom's Farm Country Retreat again the next time we visit Conneaut Lake. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing getaway.
