A beautiful apartment in front of the ocean in tropical Puerto Rico

This is an apartment with a view of the ocean. You can sit outside on the terrace and have your meals and watch sunrise or sunset. Swim in the pool.Lie in the hammock and sleep or read. You can cook anything as there is a full kitchen. Espresso coffee or regular american coffee are options. Enjoy the nearby rain forest or take a trip on the ferry to the islands of Culebra or Vieques. Go and hook up with the tour guides to kayak into the bio luminescent bay at night. There is horseback riding and the old colonial city of Old San Juan is 40 minutes away where art galleries and museums as well as concerts and theater are available. There are numerous golf courses, spas, zip lining in forests and adventure tours. Puertoricans are very musical and there are numerous opportunities to hear music

Why they chose this property

Playas del yunque is a complex in front of the ocean. I chose this apartment because I can just drag my kayaks or stand up paddle right to the shore. When I had a windsurfer I just set it up and took off. There are kite surfers as well and you can watch them. Don’t underestimate the snorkeling at the end of the beach. There are two pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball all in one complex. Most of all the terrace faces the ocean and you have a beautiful view.
