Perfect for anyone who is caring for a family member at Shands hospital. Tyler extended our stay at a very short notice due to a change in my mom’s medical situation, which was very thoughtful!! Hands down the best stay ever!! Everything you need is there and it is cute and cozy!!

2-Month stay

My husband needed to be close by UF Health Shands hospital for clinicals and this property was walking distance. During the first day, which was so easy to check-in, the owner thoughtfully dropped off extra towels and sheets due to the longer stay. He even came back with hangers too. I know that this may be small, but it was very kind and proactive. Everything was great: we utilized the kitchen almost every day, showers were hot, and the noise was minimal around us. I would recommend this property for short/long stays.

My daughter stayed here for a week in between leases at UF. Typer was very wasy to contact and very accommodating. The house was well stocked. Plenty of parking available Very close to university campus.
