Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load all used dishes and run dishwasher. Gather all used towels and place in laundry room. Strip sheets from used beds and place in laundry room.
Gather all trash and put in large trash can in the driveway
Turn off all lights and TV. Close and lock windows and doors. Return garage opener. There will be a $100 fee for a missing garage door opener or keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of our property and neighbors. No parties, no animals, no smoking/vaping/marijuana, no illegal actions allowed on our property.
