We are ready to host you at our paradise beach condo.<br>


Now with Wi-Fi, our 2 BR-2 BA, ground floor, fully furnished unit is located in a gated community and can comfortably accomodate 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) in the second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washer and dryer. The living/dining room has an air conditioning unit as well as both bedrooms. Additional accessories include: gas grill, two 32" TVs with Roku included, three beach chairs, bath and beach towels, one beach cooler, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach/pool toys and card games. It is located just a few steps from the pool and 200 meters walk on the grass of one of our pristine beaches, tennis courts and playground. It offers a free parking lot and is within a 5 min. drive to El Yunque rainforest, 30 min. to Fajardo Bio-Bay, 5 min. to Luquillo Kiosks, close to 5 golf courses and ferries to the islands of Vieques and Culebra. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and excellent shopping are also nearby. The airport is between 30-40 min. driving distance.
It's an excellent and affordable place for an unforgettable vacation!

Awesome place!

Jose was great with communication. The condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful beach with in a 5 minute walk. The condo decor is outdated, but that didn't bother us a bit. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Ideal location

We loved being right in front of the pool. The pool is sparkling clean, and a good size for laps, 20 yards. It was never crowded. The beach is beautiful, too. Jose Luis was a very good host.

Just Fabulous!!

We had a wonderful stay. My son 10 and nephew 16 really enjoyed the stunning beach and then directly across from the unit the sparkling pool. Great location not to far from San Juan and close to many activities and the Marinas for snorkeling fun. The beach is just lovely for Morning walks and all day fun, just a minute walk. Very isolated and never too busy. We really loved it and definitely would pop back!!

Awesome place

We really loved this place!! It had everything we needed and the beach was so wonderful and never crowded, my daughters always wanted to go back to "our" beach from anywhere we visited. The condo was very convenient to grocery store, bakery, gas, and many great places to see. The only negative is that there are random power outages that can last a couple of hours at a time. Happened to us twice. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful 28 day vacation. This property had the perfect location for us and everything we needed! Pool was steps away from our patio. The most beautiful beach just an easy 2 minute walk. We seriously were able to do a 3 mile walk every morning on this beach. Check in was flawless, well kept, secure area. Condo had a nice kitchen and comfy bed. Luquillo, Fajardo, wonderful and amazing El Yunque, restaurants and shopping all very close by. So happy we picked this spot. Thanks Jose Luis!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved everything about staying at Jose Luis and Mayra’s place. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and Jose Luis and Mayra were very communicative and provided us with great info on things to do in the area. Check in and check out process was seamless. The location was perfect… Right on the beach where we had a blast playing and taking sunrise and sunset walks. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, beach toys, etc) was provided. The location is also in close proximity to numerous points of interest, like El Yunque State Park, zip lining, Luquillo, Loíza, Old San Juan, and the ferry in Ceiba. There are numerous restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Amazing!

First time in Puerto Rico!!! Everything was as described! Jose met us at his property, went over a few things he wanted done, and answered our questions. He was extremely responsive before arrival when we had some questions and after he left when we had a few more. He provided us with some directions to a grocery store and local activities. The ground-floor property is a 5 to 6-minute walk to the beach. The beach felt private. Not many people out and about. The property is in a community that is gated with 24/7 security. We NEVER felt unsafe! There is a pool that is steps from the property. There is full cookware in the kitchen and a grill outside. We stayed for 7 nights. This will be the place we stay in the future when we return! My family loved it!

Welcome to paradise

Our stay began with Jose meeting us at the condo. He handed over the keys and visitor’s windshield pass, and explained a few of the intricacies of the condo, and his expectations and rules. We then had a splendid, relaxing, adventure-filled, pool&beach-filled, and 9-day long wonderful vacation at his condo in the Casa Del Mar condo complex. The first floor location was perfect, the proximity to the pool was a boon, and there were ample outside towels , and there was even a cooler on wheels to facilitate taking some snacks and beverages to the very-nearby beach. The bed was very very comfortable; the Roku tv access to sports and movies was enjoyable; the wonderful, retractable awning-covered patio was used many times throughout each day, the breezes were enjoyed, and the a.c. and fans were wonderful!! The condo had a beautiful refrig and dishwasher, too. Jose’s responses to our inquiries were always timely and reasonable. Thank you for sharing your gateway to paradise with us, Jose and Mayra. We’ll be back, Puerto Rico!! Cris&Suzanne

Great Family Getaway

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Very close to the pool and the beach. The neighborhood wasn't too busy or noisy. Coffee on the patio, watching the sun rise, and then a walk on the beach was my morning routine. The hosts were great with communication and everything was as advertised. If you are hungry and want a good meal at low cost with an amazing view, I recommend Erick Pinchos located at the top of the hill.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

We were so impressed by this place. We expected that we wouldn't spend much time here and would be traveling around, but the place was so relaxing that we didn't want to leave.The pool is right outside! Amazing if you have kids — no hassle, no need to walk far or carry a bunch of belongings. The water in the pool was clean. On weekdays, we had it all to ourselves — a whole lotta pool just for us!The beach is right there too — morning, day, and night, just a couple of minutes' walk and the amazing blue water is right in front of you. Although Easter weekend was a little busier, the beach still didn’t feel crowded at all. On weekdays, it felt like we had our own private beach. It was windy during our stay, so a couple of days the waves were a bit strong, but still way calmer than at other beaches we visited in PR.The place itself had everything we needed and was actually bigger than we expected! Comfortable, nice, and stocked with extra stuff for the beach!The hosts went above and beyond with communication, providing recommendations, and making sure we had a comfortable stay! They even included photos and videos showing how to access the place, along with a pin on the map, so everything was clear and straightforward!Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back!

Wonderful Paradaise

Starting with the communication with the manager, Jose Luis was very accessible all the time. We had a delay due an issue with the plane and he was patience and demonstrated the apparent the facilities very polite. This apartment has all you need for a dream vacation, the pool is right there and the beach is walking distance. 100% recommended we can’t wait to return back.

Unit is clean, small living room space but fully adequate. Well equipped. large clean pool, beautiful beach area, only handful of people around while we were there, wonderful for long walks, but not a great area for swimming as quite wavy with undertow risk.

Nice gated property. AC worked well. Washer & dryer nice to have but are so loud they need to be used when gone. Pool was wonderful & very close. Nice private beach, not always safe for swimming though.

Wonderful stay!!

The location of the property is absolutely fabulous with an easy walk across well manicured lawns to a practically private beach for miles. Also convenient to the National Rain Forest and Carabalí Resort with plenty of adventures and activities to do. The home was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cooking items, and linens…including beach towels and a cooler. Beach toys and chairs were an appreciated touch, and the pool right in your back yard was fabulous!

Idyllic beach

Location was outstanding just a few minutes walk to an idyllic, deserted beach. Communication with owners was great. They were very attentive and instructions were clear. Home was comfortable with all the essentials.

Great property choice

Very nice, clean condo, bed very comfortable, slept really well. Beach just a short walk using the walkway and great having the pool right outside the back door, a very nice pool. Several restaurants and activities close by, 5-10 minute drive from property. Owner easily accessible, contacted us a few days prior to arrival and stayed in contact until we met upon arrival at the property and was available to us if needed. Would definitely recommend, a beautiful island

A wonderful place!

We enjoyed this place very much! We loved the efficient communication with our host. Our flight was late in the day and they allowed us to stay until 2pm!! We liked the location because we could walk on the beach for an hour in the morning while our teens slept in. We really enjoyed swimming at the beach and in the pool which is right outside the door! It was close to El Yunque and we were on trails within 30 minutes. It was close enough to drive into Old San Juan too. We felt very safe in this super quiet and gated community! The place was super clean and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a bar of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper! The suggestions for improvement- provide a baking sheet (or two) and put both a fitted and top sheet (with blanket) on the twin beds. Would stay here again for sure!
