Hise la reserva de este apartamento para mi padre y su mujer, cuando llegaron al edificio, en la recepción no sabían de la reserva, cuando finalmente contactaron la persona indicada les informaron que el apartamento no estaba disponible porq las personas que estaban hospedadas habían salido y no habían regresado. Los acomodaron en otro apartamento de pisos más abajo. No pensé que iba a haber inconveniente alguno ya que se hizo varias llamadas para re confirmar detalles y hora de la llegada. Aparte de este inconveniente todo estuvo bien, el apartamento que les dieron estaba bien y la atención buena al igual que la amabilidad de la gente en el edificio.
