Sprawl out in this cushy home, with a 15 ft sectional, 85 in TV & beds so plush you almost won't want to get up.

Ready to explore? Our central location is 6 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to sugar sand beaches.

At the end of your day, a tropical courtyard awaits, with a Key West vibe and twinkling string lights. Relax stretched out on our lounge chairs. Soak in the luxury hot tub. A variety of jet arrangements, provides every seat a different experience, for a true hydrotherapy massage.
Quiet Hours are strictly enforced. This is a shared property, and all guests must cooperate so everyone can enjoy their visit. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

No smoking, excessive drinking or recreational drugs allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces.

No unauthorized visitors are allowed on property. Only guests included in the reservation may be at the property. If you wish to have friends or family visit, please inform Kathleen or Cydnie in advance or upon their arrival if no notice is given. Visitors are not allowed during Quiet Hours. For the safety of all guests, absolutely no "new friends" are to be brought to the property. Any visitors to the property must be someone you knew prior to your visit.

Events, parties and professional photography/videos may be allowed if pre-arranged with host. Additional fee may apply.

This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The master suite included a large dressing area with extra dresser full mirror and closet. The 2 other bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and light meals. The neighbors were quiet and front yard was nicely landscaped and maintained. We would stay again!

What a great place! The host was very responsive and communicative throughout the stay whenever we needed her. The house was clean and matched the pictures in the listing. No bizarre surprises or weird odors (I’ve been burned by this in the past, but not here!). The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utincils, which was perfect for us as we like to have at least one family meal each vacation. The backyard area was very peaceful and the hot tub was great after our long days. Had a great time at this place, and would definitely book again!
