Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!

This place was exactly as it appears in photos - large, modern, comfy and spotless. We just wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the "apartment" . Host was responsive and easy. Definitely a cool find in a cool city!

Visiting my Son in Rhode Island

It was a most unique,beautiful loft! Just extremely wow! Very clean,had all the amenities. Great parking, bed was extremely comfortable. Loved that we could get anything on TV whether it be Netflix, Hulu, etc. Great Central location would definitely stay there again.

Location, location , location! Walking distance to downtown, historic Benefit Street and more. We came for college tour of Brown University and loved our stay. Spotless ... we are very picky and were very impressed. Highly recommend
