The owner was very responsive but the room needs some attention, burnt out lightbulbs, pilly bedding, damaged chair, and the smoke smell was strong.

Spartan, clean, very good location for our needs. No toilette paper (some delivered quite awhile after we notified owner). Felt like a large Motel 6
