Gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please take trash and recycling to the bottom (hillside) of the driveway on Sunday for early pickup on Monday

Trash and recycling bins are located in fenced enclosure behind the garage. If necessary, please return bins from bottom of driveway to enclosure area (usually on Monday). Thank you!

Please make sure all windows and doors are secured

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Crab Pots -if you would like to use them we just ask that you rinse them with hose water and air them out prior to returning them to the garage please

Crab must be cooked outdoors using crab cooker provided and must be placed in rocky area away from house and grass areas and must be supervised

This beach property was beautiful and everything we needed for our family trip. Lots of room for the adults and children. The house was full of lots of house hold items for us to use. The property is maintained well and very clean. We would stay here again.

The house was extremely well maintained and fully equipped with all amenities needed for a beach vacation. Only downside to the house were the millipedes inside (not a fan of any crawly things at all!) which we understand are common for beach homes in the area especially if there is a lot of grasses around, but it was a hassle to keep them picked up to avoid stepping on them and especially with a toddler running around. Short walk to the beach with a bit of a steep hill to get down/up especially with chairs, etc, but the beach was amazing - not many people at all and no motorized vehicles allowed so that was nice. Communication with host was great - very responsive.

Thank you for your review! Sorry about the millipedes… they seem to show up for a short time in August each year for a couple of weeks. We treat the home for insects but we will make sure we treat in early August from now on! Some years, the bank is easier, depending on the previous storms, but it has been a year for that! We will look at finding a solution to the Bank entrance! Thank you for your feedback

This property was wonderful for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and two toddlers with enough space for everyone. We had hoped to utilize the daybed and pull out bed, but upstairs room is actually a loft (hard to tell in photos) so that would not have been a good idea with toddlers! The host made it work and offered some mattress pads for the kids to use, which was so thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and quiet. There is beach access parking lots and you can drive on to the beach as well if it’s too difficult to get up and down the steep incline in front of the property. They had tons of beach toys and even a couple of kites. Would definitely come back!

The property had more kitchen appliances and supplies than any other vacation rental we have ever used. Even a waffle maker and a Pancake griddle. It was spacious and the couch was very roomy with alot of throws. The tub was unbelievable. The listing didn't mention the master was a loft. Watch the eagles and the whales from the deck.

Sandy was a wonderful host and made our family feel welcome at her home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The beach was amazing. Definitely a great place to stay on the west coast of Washington.

This was my second stay and it was wonderful once again. The hosts are very considerate and genuinely want their guests to get the most out of their stay. I can't imagine a more ideal situation for a beach vacation and will hopefully have many more visits here in the future.
