With a huge living room to gather, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of board games, this is sure to be a space you and your family or friends will love!

The Neighborhood -
This property is located in Powder Run - just 2 buildings from Snow Park Lodge and the base of Deer Valley Resort! Literally across the street from front parking lot!
*Quick 5 minute transit ride to Main Street

The Space -

Kitchen: Open concept kitchen with Granite Counter tops, electric stove/ oven, and its own wine fridge!
*Olive Oil, Salt, pepper, and a
*Drip coffee maker (start of coffee will also be provided)
*We leave condiments from other guests, but they are not guaranteed

Living room/ Dining: Spacious living room with gas start, wood burning fireplace, Smart TV with both Cable and Roku, and twin sleeper sofa. two huge sliding doors out to balconies drench the interior with natural light. Dining room table has room for 6. There is also extra bar top seating.

There is also a powder room located just to the right of the entrance.

Laundry Area: Located just outside the kitchen with front load washer and dryer. Start of laundry detergent will be provided.

Great Place and Location

Out for just a few days to visit family. Great place - plenty of room and great amenities, especially the hot tub! Location was great - walk to and from the lifts, short drive into Park City. The property manager, Sarah, was very responsive and very helpful. Thanks!

Great condo in a great location! Easy to get to the lift, clean, cozy. Hot tub was a nice treat. Kitchen could use a few more supplies but had enough to cook each night. Recommend!

This property met our family’s needs. Spacious floor-plan. Loved the private hot tub. Lots of options on the living room TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc). They also left a welcome gift of cookies, which my kids loved! The short walk to Snow Park Lodge was important to us. Responsive property managers.

Spacious and close to slopes

This property was more spacious than I expected from the pictures, and was a perfect size for our family. The mattresses were good, having the hot tub was very nice, and we loved how close it was to the Deer Valley base. The kitchen is small but functional, the living room is big but the main couch isn’t the most comfortable and the ottoman is always rolling away and pushing the coffee table. Wish there was a rug to help anchor it. The host was very nice and responsive when a few things weren’t working. But overall it was a good fit for our family and we would both recommend and stay again.
