🏡 The Space
The cabin offers warm, comfortable living with an open living room, Smart TV, and cozy seating areas perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen with central island makes it easy to cook meals or gather with family and friends.
Two queen bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa provide sleeping space for up to six guests. Two full bathrooms make group stays easy and comfortable.

🌲 Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting. Covered front porches offer a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing, while the private yard provides space to unwind after a day at the lake or on the trails.

🌊 Lakes Region Location
Newfound Lake—one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire—is just minutes away. Spend summer days swimming, boating, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach before returning to the quiet comfort of the cabin.

❄ Winter Adventures
Snowmobile trail access is located across the street with connections to New Hampshire’s extensive trail system. Ragged Mountain ski resort is about 20 minutes away, making the cabin a great base for winter getaways.

• The driveway has a small incline; AWD/4WD is recommended during winter, especially with trailers.

• The wood stove is decorative and not available for guest use.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Guests & Gatherings
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be considerate of neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.

Parking
Please park in the driveway only.
Do not park on lawn or landscaped areas.

Pets
Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
Pet fee: $85 per pet, per stay.
Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet-related cleaning is required.

Fire Pit
Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Please fully extinguish the fire before leaving the area.

Grill
Please clean the gas grill after use.
Turn off the propane tank when finished.

Septic System
This home uses an eco-friendly septic system. Please help us protect it by:
Flushing toilet paper only.
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, or other non-biodegradable items.
Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down the kitchen sink.

Property Notes
The wood stove is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grill, and fire pit, may be stored or unavailable during winter months due to weather conditions.
