Overall very good experience, very close to everything and easy to get around. There is some wear and tear that needs to be addressed but mostly cosmetic with exception of of skylight in dining room. Fine if there’s good weather but if it rains you’re screwed.

This was the perfect location right around the corner from amazing shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has nice beds and all the amenities you need while you are there, including a washer and dryer! I would absolutely stay there again.

Convenient location

It has been a really lovely stay in this apartment. All the basic necessities were provided. Very conveniently located to Santana Row (5-7 minutes walk!). 10-15 minute drive to San Jose airport. Hosts were very good with communicating. 'Will definitely book it again when in the area.

The kitchen had very little utensils for eating. It is a small kitchen but more eating utensils should be provided if you provide a full working stove. Also, we had no hot water or gas to cook on the stove top for 1 1/2 days. I asked for reimbursement but never received a response back. The right thing to do is to provide some reimbursement if the place is lacking major facilities. Also, my daughter walked barefoot when we first got in the place and her feet were black, which meant the floor had not been cleaned at all. I myself cleaned the floor with the swifter and the swifter pad was filthy. Very displeased with this cleaniness of the place.
