We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and spacious. They also had the most comfortable beds we’ve experienced with a rental. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. The check in/out process was very smooth and detailed. We will definitely stay here again!
Pros: Great water pressure, comfortable master and queen beds, a big backyard, and a quiet street.Cons: Before we even left home to stay in the vacation rental, I received a message from the host stating (We received an email from Vrbo raising a concern about a potential party or event associated with your reservation, so we wanted to clarify the reason before your stay.) We are in our 40s and traveling with our 11-year-old son to visit family, which I noted when booking. We have never had anyone tell us Vrbo sent them an email like that. We stay in vacation homes all the time and have never thrown a party or event in these homes. Now let’s get to the home itself: the twin beds were very uncomfortable, the couch had nasty old food in the cup holders and food stains on the side of the cushion, and there wasn't enough seating in the living room for 7 people, as the home states it sleeps. The living room carpet was very dirty, and the master bathroom had no hand soap; they did put hand sanitizer in there, but as a nurse, I have concerns because washing your hands is always best. The playhouse roof is coming apart, and it was dirty inside. The home states it sleeps 7, but the dining table has only 4 chairs; it's the first home I’ve ever encountered with this issue. Shower door was rigged in place. much more to list, but unfortunately they only give me 1500 characters.
Host was extremely responsive. We had a few issues including the glass on the fireplace shattering. They had their maintenance team at the property first thing the next morning
My husband, our kids (10),(4), and (1) along with my mother and father stayed for the weekend and the house is as beautiful as the listing. Very quiet neighborhood right next to a private beach access. Stunning saltwater pool with a large yard. Playhouse outside for kids to play in. Gorgeous master bath with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The house was wonderful and our family loved our little weekend away before school starts.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Multiple lights were out. We had to contact the host multiple times and try to set something up for the maintenance man to come change the batteries in the smoke detectors. It woke us up multiple times a night at random times. There was water damage on the ceiling. The front window of the home was rotted out. The shower had mold growing on it. When the maintenance “man” actually did come it was a female. She was there for over an hour changing the smoke detector batteries while calling another man to ask for help. The pool was dirty, the cleaning crew for the pool was sitting on the furniture in the back yard while we were at the home. Multiple bugs, the overall look of the home was not great. Lots of crud on the home, overgrown flowers and not well maintained. The moss growing on the siding of the home and the spider eggs on multiple windows were horrid. The hose was drug across the lawn just sitting in the pool. Grill was disgusting. No dishwasher pods. I took photos of everything.
