Great house for a Sarasota Vacation

The property has a lot of unique features that accommodate different events. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to try out all the amenities, but the house was very spacious and everyone got to relax without bothering each other. Great for a family or just friends.

Great Location

Perfect Sarasota/Siesta Key getaway. Although on a busy street, road noise was almost non-existent from inside the house. House was exactly as pictured and was spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed the outdoor area having a small family gathering utilizing the grill and fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped. This house is conveniently located to all Sarasota has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

House wasn’t ready

We arrived over an hour after check in to find the house hadn’t been cleaned. Bedsheets weren’t changed and no extras available (or we would have changed them ourselves), no clean towels, kitchen wasn’t clean. Owner did arrange for a cleaner to come.
