We had a very pleasant stay at the farm! We were greeted by the herd of sheep and the big black horse was right there to say goodbye this morning. This is so much better than a hotel. The room is very comfortable with everything you need. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a hotel fall through at the last minute when traveling for a Southeastern seminary graduation and Michael was very quick to respond to our request and accommodate us. The place itself is beautiful!! There are sheep and horses out every window, the loft is beautifully decorated (they even had a Christmas tree up, which made it so cozy), and they left some yummy treats for us to enjoy. It was close to all the places we needed to go and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet and serene property. Dotted with horses, sheep and surrounded by trees in varying shades of fall colors The loft is furnished with eclectic decor and offers nearly anything you'd need during your stay. Full kitchen, comfy bed. We were visiting family just east of here and the travel to and from the property was easy. Directions provided by the host were precise which I truly appreciate. I look forward to our next trip to NC and would stay here again, forever if I could!

This property is one of a kind—it's genuinely magnificent! It's a beautiful, immaculately clean home with views that will make you wish you could move in permanently. Fantastic communication with the property manager made staying at this property a dream. We will be back.

Our stay at The Loft surpassed our expectations. It started off with an unexpected surprise of rolling through a beautiful gated property.From the beginning and until we left, our stay was most serene and peaceful. It’s surpassed the places that we’ve stayed at, in relaxation, comfort and quiet. We could see the property owners house from one of the numerous windows, but it’s far enough away that it doesn’t hinder any of the spectacular landscape surrounding The Loft. The property owners were communicative, friendly, and warm in their responses with us. I could tell The Loft is managed and maintained by a caring family; they thought of every detail, especially in the kitchen. I’m on a strict diet unfortunately, so we had to bring all our groceries, but it was easy to prepare all of our meals in the beautiful, well-thought-of kitchen. Our initial expectation was just a comfortable stay while visiting relatives in the area, but by the end, we realized The Loft had provided much more than that. My husband and I decided we would definitely go back to The Loft for a long weekend getaway. And with the wooded landscape, I can only imagine how breathtaking it is in the Fall season.
