About this property
City LuXxo Waterside Home: Family&Friends Love it
Check out this stunning waterside Family&Friends Home with overwhelming views of the Thames. The interior is super stylish, a terrace with soothing river views is a highlight.
Imagine waking up in one of the three bedrooms, each individually designed with river views. Two bathrooms- modern &sleek, one offering a bathtub, the other featuring a spacious walk-in shower.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to enjoy your culinary creations.
Sounds like a place you'd love to stay?
It goes without saying that the wall of windows that invites in floods of natural daylight while framing the river views is the biggest highlight of my home.
Relax with a cup of tea on the large sofa to take it all in, or head out the balcony for an aperitif in the open air when the weather is kind.
Positioned just a few minutes' walk away from Pimlico and Vauxhall station, you'll have quick links to the city's most sought-after spots including London Victoria, Oxford Circus, and King’s Cross. You needn't step foot on public transport if you're after a slower-paced approach to discovering London however, as the area of Westminster and Pimlico itself boasts an array of shops, bars, and restaurants too.
In 1825, master builder Thomas Cubitt was contracted to put together an urban plan for the undeveloped area of Pimlico, having already proved his reputation with his work in nearby Belgravia. Close to two centuries on, many of the pretty garden squares and white stucco-fronted terraced houses still stand, as well as a statue commemorating him on Denbigh Street. With more than 350 Grade-II listed buildings, it’s one of the best places in the UK to see well-preserved Regency Architecture and as such, a desirable place to call home. Due to its location about a mile away from the Houses of Parliament, a fair amount of politicians are residents but it has historically been popular with authors too, including Bram Stoker, Joseph Conrad and Aubrey Beardsley.
Take a stroll along the Thames or an afternoon spent swanning about the halls of the mighty Tate Britain art gallery.
Guest access:
The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish-washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights.
My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.
Other details to note:
Enjoy the luxury of two stylish bathrooms, each featuring a relaxing bathtub and one with a picturesque view of the river.
Additionally, there's a convenient powder room with a toilet.
