I live in Lees Summit Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City Missouri. I always knew that I would love to have a place on the beach! I had been looking for a beach property… and all were just ok until I walked into this condo! The view was so stunning it took my breath away! Views of the white sandy beach and the Gulf was amazing. The condo was so bright and spacious. I have owned the condo for seven years and was purchased in 2018. September 28, 2018 hurricane Ian hit…everything changed! I had substantial water damage and decided at that point to remodel the entire place. Remodeling included, removing walls, updating both bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, bedrooms, family room… everything including plumbing, electrical, and all new paint throughout! The condo is very luxurious and spacious.
Why they chose this property
Sandarac condominium complex is beautiful and well maintained! It is home to the largest beach on the island! It is located on the south end of the island. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, outdoor market, CVS, 7-11 and Publix grocery store.

Everything in the property is brand new! It’s beautiful! Directly on the beach!
