4BR Golf Course Retreat with NEW Heated Pool, Located on the Duke!

Welcome to your Maricopa retreat located direction on the 10th hole of the Duke golf course. Enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The house is fully equipped with Wifi, A/C, washer/dryer, grill, and most everything else you will need to enjoy your time in Maricopa. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer as well. Our backyard was completely landscaped over the summer with a brand new Pebbletec pool, and firepit. Enjoy sitting at the bar under the pergola with Mister's and an awesome patio with plenty of room for your entire family to enjoy the great view of the golf course!

Golf Course Retreat

We stayed at this beautiful home while visiting family and enjoying Cubs spring training games. The home was perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Maricopa.

Stayed here for 3 nights for grandsons graduation. House is just as appears on site. Very clean and very quiet. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here for future visits. Will be even better when pool is finished, can't wait!!!!

Great Home in Maricopa

Our son had a baseball tournament at Copper Sky Regional Park. Short drive to the park. Many restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook. Grocery store nearby as well. This home had a full kitchen and a bbq area if you wanted to cook as well. My kids had a lots of fun and wants to come back to this home if we have another tournament in this area.

We loved the heated pool! The lights even turned off and made it easy for the kids to know they have to get out. There were supplies that made it easy to cook. We have big and little kids and they all loved it. Thanks for having a high chair and playpen!
