Wake Up With A View Of The Harbor

Whether you are looking for the perfect morning view, golf getaway, enjoying the artsy shops, bakeries, award winning restaurants, theater or strolling along beaches, wharfs and friendly streets of a beautiful small town, staying in our family home gives you room to stretch out, unwind and find yourself again.

This is a 4 bedroom home, living room, dining room, sitting room we call "the lookout room,' 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen and laundry but the best will be the view of the harbor from 'the lookout room' or any front-facing room or the deck. We have an extra large yard for playing yard games for kids of all ages. Brudenell Golf Course is close by.

Once the home to the Harbormaster, Captain Sam Hemphill, we have renovated and updated while maintaining much of the character that Captain Hemphill built into his home with his own hands.

Georgetown has so much to offer for the person who wants to kick off their shoes, rewind and relax. You can walk through town and talk with the local artisan of beautiful jewelry, bakery and foodies! Spend a day exploring the beaches or an adventure with Tranquility Cove Adventures.

Whether you are determined to slow down the ride and get some R&R, play golf, or wanting a stop along your tour of the east side of our beautiful island to enjoy your own home cooked food and get some laundry done, we welcome you!

If, by chance, you can't be separated from work or the rest of the world, don't fear--we have free WiFi and cable TV.

The place is the perfect cozy getaway. It has classic cottage feels, is right on the harbor, and it's huge! Georgetown is a calm quiet retreat you can go back to after traveling the island. The owner was quick and helpful and had many great suggestions about what to do in the area! Truly a fantastic stay!

Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes ( 4 adultes, 5 enfants). Les lits étaients parfaits (et confortables) mais à une seule douche, il fallait s’organiser! Il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine ni pour se divertir. La maison est très accueillante.

Really enjoyed the location near the town wharf and beautiful view.

We were 4 families and had plenty room, had everything we needed there plenty of towels chairs dishes etc. Prepare for mosquitos at night but really relaxing location.

Quite and tranquil with an ocean view

Second time we stayed here. Lovely little town. Close to Basin Head, Souris and Charlottetown. Lots for my parents in their 80's and kids in their teens to enjoy. Large, well stocked with everything you need and lots of room for everyone. We really loved our holiday in this home.

Georgetown - Quaint and Scenic

It was lovely! Perfect for a family travelling out East. The place was clean, we had ample space and the amenities were great. We enjoyed family time around the circular dining room table, and made some of the best muscles and clam chowder!

Beautiful spot for a family.

As a family of 11, all different ages, we enjoyed being in this home overlooking the harbor. We could walk to the little beach with the young ones or around town in the evening or just head down to the Warf and fish off the side. Everything you can imagine is available in the house. Most of the dresser surfaces and tables are covered with the owners knickknacks which makes it feel homey but we did have to clear everything off to have space for our "stuff" and to keep things out of reach of the little ones. Not sure we got it all back in the right place. We loved having a washer and dryer, dishwasher, the fire pit, wood, Beach chairs and games.

Tranquil step back in time on the harbour

What a peaceful, clean, well equipped home this is. Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for our kids, their grandparents and us. Close enough to the Singing Sands, Souris and Charlottetown to site see around and then come back to the calm harbour. Found the best beach glass hunting only a few steps from the property on the shore next to the harbour. A great place to get away from it all.

A Little Piece of Heaven

If you want to know what peace is this is the place to be. Can't beat the view. Everything you need is there. A great bakery not far and a jewelry maker you don't want to miss. Fell in love with PEI 50 years ago. Stayed at this location last August, you won't want to leave.
