Why they chose this property
I bought the land in 2010 and built the house in 2012.
It is built using locally resourced materials, including stone and mud. It was built by the villagers in the traditional style.
It has been designed to take advantage of the spectacular views of the hills and to the ocean. The garden provides a great outside space from where you can enjoy the view. We have also planted a vegetable garden so that we can include fresh produce in your meals.
What makes this property unique
The house is in an isolated village, almost untouched by modernity. Here villagers spend their time collecting water from the well, tending to their crops and out in the fields with their animals. It's a very simple, yet beautiful way of life.
There are no cars here, no phone signal and definitely no internet, so it's the ultimate place to disconnect and take it easy.
