Bedroom, bathroom with beautiful shower, second room with work or eating area.

This large bedroom looks over our beautiful back yard. Set in rural Redding you will love the peace and quiet . The 40 foot upstairs room is divided by sliding wood doors that gives you a work or eating area while somebody else sleeps or watches the smart TV.
We are only a little over 1 hour from NYC but with out any noise.
There is a tennis court and basket ball court behind house. We are walking distance to a scenic waterfall. also 5 minutes by car to Huntington state park with its miles of walking trails. Located 12 minutes from Bethel ...18 minutes from Danbury and 21 from Fairfield

We had a great stay! Todd was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We were greeted ny homemade cookies and had a beautiful view of a lovely backyard garden. We even spotted 2 deer one morning. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Todd was an excellent host. I was in town for a fishing tournament on Candlewood Lake and his property handled my boat/truck and a friend's truck with no problem. My only regret is that I came in the early spring and I wasn't able to take advantage of the pool and rest of the property! I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Fantastic place!!

My niece, a friend of hers and myself stayed at this place for two nights. Originally booked for 3 nights but due to some unforeseen issues, not related to location or rental, we had to cut our visit short. The location was great. The hosts were awesome, they left us homemade cookies and fresh fruit and beautiful fresh cut flowers. Check in was so easy. They have a beautiful property. I do wish that we had been able to stay for the full reservation. Great folks, great property. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, please check this place out.

Lovely Apartment in Redding Connecticut

The apartment in Redding, Connecticut was immaculate and cozy. It was also very private, with your own private entrance. Todd and Wendy were wonderful hosts, thinking of everything. Wendy baked cookies and left us some fruit. The apartment itself was in a great, safe location. Todd was there for any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment in Redding

Weekend fishing trip

It was a very nice home in a nice quiet area. We were there for a bass fishing tournament that was in a town nearby. They were kind enough to provide us an extension cord to charge our boat. Todd was a great host and so helpful in showing us where everything was located and how to use everything. The space was immaculate it was perfect for our weekend stay for me and my son. They even left us a plate of delicious homemade cookies😊 We would highly recommend staying here.

Expert host in gorgeous fall woods setting

These hosts are experienced. The wife baked cookies. The husband came to my door within minutes for every request. They were gracious and helpful; for example, offering me the use of the refrigerator (not part of the apartment). The setting during the fall season is gorgeous, as are the winding back roads in the area. The apartment was clean with a really comfortable bed. Everything in it seemed new. Five star place for sure.

For such a peaceful setting, Redding is still very close to many great places to see. Thoroughly enjoyed this room with a beautiful view, and although it is a single room, it's not missing anything, and the shower is great! Todd is a wonderful host - we'd definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful, clean & comfortable space.

My daughter is renting this space for the summer for her internship in Connecticut. Todd and Wendy are wonderful hosts; they have done everything to make my daughter comfortable and feel right at home. The apartment is equipped with everything she needs and is very clean and comfortable. The yard is beautiful, meticulously groomed filled with wild flowers; the owners take pride in their property. The neighborhood is also beautiful & it's a safe environment. I highly recommmend this property. I am so happy that we found it it has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. Beautilfull view of the pool and woods on a very quiet neighbourhood

Tood and his wife Wendy were very nice, and respond very quicky to any need you may have. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the Heating and A/C worked perfect, the bathroom comfortable a nice living room with microwave and coffee machine an a table for the laptop, the dead end street and the house occupants are very silent the treadmill and the tennis court are a plus, to summarize this place gets an A+.
