This was the perfect spot for our family trip! The house literally had everything, and the kids had a blast the entire time! We would definitely stay here again. So comfortable, right on the lake and an amazing host!

Right on the water, theres a pontoon rental available on the lake if youre looking to be on a boat! House is gorgeous, you wake up every morning and get to look at a lovely lake sunrise. Host is responsive, lots of amenities like life jackets, and beach access is a 5 minute walk down the road. In town is absolutely adorable, local ice cream shop os delicious! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property for our family gathering of 13! Plenty of space for multiple activities at the same time. Very limited yard space but everything else was excellent. Unanimous vote to go back next year!

We had a family vacation at Vineyard Lake. The house was great for family with direct access to the lake. The house had amble cookware, plates and silverware for our group. The house had many games for children and a nice game room. We rented a pontoon for 2 days and there was a spot to tie up postpones on the dock. We received fast responses on questions we had. It was a great place for family vacation.

Great time at the lake!

We had a great time! House comfortably fit 5 adults and 4 kids. Host was easy to work with and responsive. The location on Vineyard Lake was great and walking distance to a nice playground area for the kids. Everything was nice and clean in the house. Hot tub worked great. There really isn’t a need to pack much as this house comes fully stocked. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. And the Country Market grocery store only 5 minutes away is wonderful. Lots of tubing rafts and a knee board in the shed that came in handy. If you are not sure if the house has something just ask the host. We were there for my daughter’s birthday week and she rated it 10,000 out of 10 so mission accomplished!

Overall GREAT stay!

Came in for event at MIS. This is a great location for that. Able to enjoy time on the lake with the kayaks, even this late in the year. Plenty of space for the whole family. The extra fridge in the converted garage is great for bigger groups. The kitchen was well stock with spices, etc. There were a ton of glasses, and adequate plates. Nothing is more annoying than having a rental say it sleeps 20, but there are only place settings for 6 in the kitchen--that is NOT an issue here. The host responded in a reasonable time to any messages. The firepit was great--put out alot of warmth with burning a ton of wood, or needing constant tending. (wood was also provided!) The hot tub was great. The arcade machine was nostagic and fun. We were able to stream on the wall mounted TV's Downsides... The fire place wasn't working. The water is well--and it is softened; so you never feel clean in the shower, and it is NOT drinkable. They didn't provide any bottled water, so that means a trip to the store asap on arrival, which is a little annoying. So that means needing to buy ice as well. There was a built in ice machine, but it was full of mold. Of note, the store is close by. The neighborhood is quiet (though we were not there in summer). The access is a one way looped road which is annoying. I have a hard time believing you could really fit 5 cars. The house had "air fresheners" in EVERY outlet, so it smelled like chemicals and took time to air out

Although the water is well water, it is completely safe and drinkable and very common to rural areas. We will notify incoming guests of that in the future!
