In City Garden Pratumnak there is a modern equipped fitness center on the first floor of building B for all guests of the residential complex. Guests can also make use of the sauna, the steam room and the swimming pool. Underground parking for cars and motobikes by key cards. City Garden Pratumnak have 24/7 security guards and CCTV.

The price does not include payment for electricity, if you rent an apartment at the time of arrival and departure the meter readings will be taken
To be paid additionally:

- a refundable security deposit of THB 5000 (upon arrival)
