Inspired by my sailing heritage and the love of Oriental I created the Sailors Cottage for families to come and enjoy fishing, sailing and kayaking in our water and enjoy a coastal small-town life.
Why they chose this property
The Sailors cottage is centrally located within the Village of Oriental. You can walk or bike to everything. The wildlife ramp offers a fishing pier, kayak and boat launch and is within 5 blocks. Secret location for sunsets.
What makes this property unique
The Sailors Cottage has been completely re-molded with new kitchen, bath and all new appliances. New bedding for your comfortable stays. Plenty of space to stretch out with families offering a front porch and back porch space. Created a new outdoor green space with patio string lighting and fire pit to unwind in evenings while grilling out with your private grill.
