Great place to stay!

We had a Great stay here at this community... My husband and I are relocating from out of state and this was a perfect spot for us. We would definitely recommend it. It was clean and quiet and well maintained perfect what we needed it for.... We look forward to coming back for a vacation stay! Thank you

Florida Fun

Lovely townhouse, exactly as described. Safe gated community. Downside, no storage for any food with 2 youngsters it wasnt practical to eat our every night and perhaps there could be an onsite bar. Overall i would recommend this house.

The listing was extremely accurate. Security was was extremely efficient. We attended an event at the OCCC and the drive was usually under 30 min.

Good experience

Overall was a good experience, the townhouse is beautiful and clean. The parking situation is not efficient for longer stays, since you have to renew your parking permit every 14 days and one of the security guard was not pleasant at all.

Hi Yaitza, thank you again for staying with us and taking such good care of the home. Our apologies for the Parking, we always advise our guests in their arrival information that if you stay longer than 14 days a special parking permit will need to be requested at the Clubhouse. Unfortunately you encountered a security guard who was not aware of correct procedures and on a Sunday with the Clubhouse being closed. Rest assured that we have had many guests staying longer than 14 days and there has never been an issue. We will make sure also from our side to remind guests to get parking permits within their first days of stay... Sincerely The Florida-Holiday-Homes Team

La miglior location per i Parchi vicino ad Orlando

Che sorpresa!!! Dopo giorni passati tra Miami e Palm Beach in hotel 4 e 5 stelle dividendo delle camere con i figli, finalmente qualche giorno in appartamento (almeno 3). Non un posto normale ma 130 mq. su due piani con camere per entrambi i figli e matrimoniale con idromassaggio in camera!! La sorpresa ancora maggiore perché col mio inglese basico al momento della prenotazione non lo avevo capito... Complimenti a Tony e a sua moglie per la disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata. Da consigliare vivamente
