The apartment is stylish and very comfortable; it is located in an ideal part of the city with easy access to restaurants and sightseeing attractions. The views of the mountains across the city are fabulous. The hosts are helpful and responsive. We loved our stay in the apartment.

The apartment is beautifully appointed - stylish and very comfortable with panoramic views across the city and to the mountains. The location is ideal for sightseeing and dining around Salt Lake City. Communication from the hosts is helpful and responsive.

New modern apartment in perfect location

We had an amazing stay at Th Charles. The owners were amazing to work with and very responsive. The apartment is exactly like the listing photos. The rooftop pool and hot tub was the cherry on top. The views from the apartment is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

The most beautiful and clean! Parking was the only thing a bit challenging. It was hard to navigate at night but loved the security once we figured it out. Loved the little patio, pool, quiet building. Highly recommend!!!

Don't Mince Words....It's Great

Based on the pictures and description on VRBO website, we had high expectations. The apartment was spectacular for comfort, view, location, and cleanliness. If this property is within your price range we would definitely advise to book immediately if available for your stay. There is no debate, it is a nice place to sleep for a few nights and very convenient to everything downtown. We loved it and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Only a couple of other things to note that are different than other VRBO rentals: - Be advised that after reservation you will have to upload a copy of government issued ID. This is for building security purposes. Never had to do this before but we worked it out. - Check in instructions were only delivered on the day of arrival and not a few days before. Slightly inconvenient since we were travelling that day with limited cell service, but again it all worked out.
