As other reviewers mentioned, gnats are an issue. The owner should find and eliminate the source of the infestation. I experienced a couple of other problems, but they were resolved almost immediately. A TV did not work and the dryer was broke. Both fixed within a couple of hours. They have a team of techs and respond promptly. The location is awesome! The ground floor unit is a big deal for me. I appreciated the onsite security. There was always a guard at the entrance gates. The common area condo maintenance is better here than other complexes I have stayed in. I assume the owner will correct the gnat issue so I will stay here again.

Beach view was beautiful however unit was not very clean. Also- unit had a water leak which apparently was for quiet some time. Had to relocate on our own due to Luxury Travel not being able to accomodate us with a comparable unit. Instead of upgrading us for our trouble of relocating us - was offered a down grade or an upgrade for an additional 1300

This condo is the best. Being at ground level was a plus. ( 1 of the 2 elevators was not operational for several days and many had to use the stairs) Kitchen was well supplied with everything needed to make and serve a meal. Very comfortable. The TV in the 2nd Master bedroom needs a service call, as neither remote works. Enjoyed being able to see directly onto the pool deck from the patio.

Disliked: Communication
Disappointed. Drain nats a real problem in kitchen sink. Bought bug spray but to no avail. Large roaches seen a few times. Security is way too overzealous about your wrist bands. I was followed to my unit to get armband and when I couldn’t find it I couldn’t go back to pool. So I had to watch family from porch. Chair rental company takes over front line of beach at 6am so your relegated to sit behind all the umbrellas. Just bad overall. Paid WAY too much for this unit. Will choose different resort next time. I have stayed here twice and no more. Best thing was 1st floor because Elevators were broken a lot. People were ticked off. I remember that from last time as well. Guests thought security was ridiculous. It’s a no go from here on out. Do not recommend. Look for better!!
