The check in was easy and staff helpful. House was clean and beds very comfortable. You have to park across the street in the hotel lot which made us a little uncomfortable, but it was FREE which was great as the whole island is 4.00 an hour parking. Akash was fantastic answering our questions quickly and with concern. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping within 1-2 blocks.

This place was so cute and in the perfect locations. Few minute walk to the beach and right down the street from all the nightlife. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I can not say enough about this property. 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks from the downtown, and a IGA grocery is a 2 minute drive away. You have use of a salt water, heated swimmingm pool, and free parking. The patio is a haven in itself, which is fenced with a table 4 chairs and an umbrella. The 2 bedroom has a TV's in every room, with a full stocked kitchen, and a wonderful living room. Akash, the host is very accommodating, sending you a full list of activities in the area. He is only a phone call away, and he is very helpful. Right outside your door is the Daiquiri bar, owned by Jason. It is a walk up bar with a service window, featuring refreshments and ice cream( even for your dog. I would go back every month if I could.

A nice quiet, quaint place right in the middle of everything! Bright, peaceful, clean home. Cute little fence-enclosed patio to enjoy morning coffee while my pup took in the fresh air. Truly walking distance to the beach, restaurants, adult nightlife and shopping! Owner was kind, polite, friendly and answered messages in short time. My request was fulfilled within an hour. Everything we thought we would need was already provided for and more! Looking forward to our trip next year! Will definitely stay at one of his properties again!

There was an attempt .......... to make this property nice. But, I think, given what they were working with it was too much to hope for.The ship lap siding at the entrance was rotted. The stucco siding at the entrance was crumbling badly. There was a hole in the exterior wall at the entrance. This is not a house or a condo or an apartment. It is part of a commercial building converted to a living space. The two beds were listed as queen size. They are actually both full size beds inside queen size frames. The ceiling fan in one bedroom made constant noise. The on/off switch know on a lamp beside one of the beds was missing. The space was very small. But, for the listed price and it's proximity to the beach it was fair.The "shared pool" is shared with a hotel; across the street.Totally adequate but not much more.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy, quaint Tybee Island home. The host was attentive , the location was EXCELLENT—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to after a day at the beach.The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well furnished to prepare small meals. Our favorite feature was the private patio. It worked perfectly for storing our e-bikes, giving our dogs a secure outdoor space, and relaxing in the evenings.There were a few things that could make an already great property even better. Parking wasn't ideal across the street at Admiral's Inn, and the seating area for the daiquiri bar located directly in front of the privacy fence was not ideal for entering or exiting with our daughter, dogs, or e-bikes. A few practical additions would also make beach stays more convenient: a vacuum for managing sand (broom was available), an interior rug near the entrance, more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and swimsuits. If possible, an outdoor hose to rinse off sand before coming inside would be fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this home.

Right in the middle of the action. The Daiquiri bar is on the front side of the property so there is a bit of noise. Place is clean and nicely remodeled inside. Unit was not ready at check-in time.
