Charming Cottage - Completely Renovated. Close To Downtown Savannah And Tybee

1950s Cottage near the former Green's fish camp. Extremely quiet neighborhood - wonderful place for a stroll with view of the tidal marsh and Half Moon River. Lighted tennis courts within walking distance. Golf course 3 miles away. 12 miles from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. Completely renovated. All new appliances, systems, furnishings. Beds have luxury linens and excellent mattresses. New 60 inch Samsung flat screen. Comcast cable with premium channels and 75 MBS internet connection.

We do allow pets but require they not be allowed on furniture or bedding as this creates so much additional work for our housekeeper. Please be sure to read the pet policy and other house rules and contact us about your pet's disposition and flea control product if used.

Peaceful Cottage

The cottage was a beautiful stay right across the street from the marsh. The neighborhood was quiet and gave a feel you weren’t 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah. Plan to stay here again.

Met our needs

Met our needs as far as location and size. All in all good but the living room furniture is dated and in need of replacement or new coverings. The kitchen chains are terribly stain. So bad we put a towel down before we sat on them. Kitchen update is nice 1 bathroom was small but adequate. Mosquitoes were terrible. Maybe a good trim and grass mowing would have helped that

We live a few doors away from the cottage. We bought the cottage not just to rent, but also for our growing family - 11 grandchildren so far!

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood and the neighbors. The street is very quiet - great place to take a walk. Public park and tennis courts within walking distance. Beautiful views of the marsh as you walk down the street.
