First I thought the property was great.Communication with the owners couldn’t be better, and the check-in was easy.I think the area is wonderful to be in.It is 10-15 mins to Tybee, everything you need is within 5 mins.I really did enjoy the house but I do wish there was more than 1 TV, and the remote of the one tv had problems.I think the kitchen is fairly stocked for what you would expect a rental to have.The pool was nice, but as mentioned it’s not temperature controlled so it is cold. The house was clean, and everything else in the house worked great. Would stay there again.

Affordable and clean property

Clean and spacious. Relatively close to the beach and to downtown Savannah. Fairly quiet location. Nice to have a yard for those with dogs. Some very mild superficial issues with cabinet pulls etc but nothing important. Would certainly stay again.

Good, not great. House was quiet and in a good location— less than 15 minutes from downtown. The house was not as clean as I would have expected. The floors were dirty and the baseboards under the kitchen had some dead spiders on them. The house had everything we needed, but didn’t knock our socks off.
