Orchard House is a private ranch style home built in the middle of a beautiful orchard with a jaw-dropping view of the sea. The home is surrounded by magnificent views of the sea, olive trees, infinity pool, frog pond, island breeze and a beautiful garden full of fresh produce just for you to use. Looking for a bit of privacy? No problem! The vast property is secluded. It is situated in a family orchard protected by stonewalls and a gate. Orchard House is a perfect destination to relax from tip to toe. Have your most memorable holiday every - utter paradise!

This house has a delightfully spacious. The floor to ceiling doors that go along the entire front of the room allow you to take in nature's beautiful sunsets, views of the sea and olive trees while lounging on the enormous indoor sofa. The extravagant pool has not one, but three levels - a Jacuzzi trickles into the shallow end of the pool, while gently sloping into the deeper end of the infinity pool. Pure bliss! The pool lounge area is built from world famous stone from Brac. There is plenty of room to chill in the shade or soak up some hot rays of Croatian sun on the sun terrace.

The ground floor of this glorious house has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, wonderful BBQ with a patio area covered with stone from the island, very comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upstairs master suite includes a roomy bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, private sun terrace and even a hot tub with a magnificent view! Just imagine the beauty at night! The ground floor leads you onto the pool terrace, dining patio and breathtaking sea & orchard views. At night you can enjoy the colorful lights from distant Split or gaze into the stars while relaxing on the patio furniture.

Genialer Aufenthalt!

Alles in Allem war es ein super Aufenthalt! Die Bilder sind leider nicht mehr brand aktuell, die Villa ist schon ein paar Jährchen älter. Borsi würden wir empfehlen ein paar Euro zu investieren und etwas zu renovrieren. (Farbe vom Pool blättert teilweise ab, Schubladen in der Küche fallen teilweise auseinander, offene Wände bzgl. Kabeln zu TV etc.) Das ist aber auch evt. nur etwas, was uns "deutsche" gestört hat ;) Das Haus ist unglaublich toll abgelegen. KEINE DIREKTEN NACHBARN! Laute Musik und Geschrei konnten wir uns also Tag & Nacht erlauben. Meerblick vom Pool + Dachterasse aus. Der Weg zum Haus lies sich mit unserem SUV & AMG gut bewältigen. Tiefer gelegte oder extrem teure Autos - obacht! Der Weg ist nicht geteert, minimal steil, kurvenreich & teils zugewuchert. Die Ortschaften Sutivan & Supetar waren innerhalb max. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf der Insel bekamen wir alles was wir brauchten. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet, funktionierte auch alles. Ein paar Tiere & Insekten bleiben in diesem grünen Paradies nicht aus. Fast keine Wespen! Der Kontakt mit Boris war super & schnell, bekamen immer Hilfe wenn wir etwas brauchten. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful Brac villa

Great stay, in a lovely villa surrounded by orchards. We enjoyed tomatoes melons, figs and limes, but there were loads of other fruits and veg ripening. An easy 15 minutes walk down into Sutivan, which is a really pretty harbour town. A harder 20 mins back up the hill! The villa is well equipped in general, though could do with some hanging space for clothes in the master bedroom. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Boris was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely modern villa in a stunning location

We enjoyed a great week at this lovely villa - the pool set-up was perfect for families, the younger ones can splash in the shallower pool very safely. The view is second to none! And the air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat wave. Boris was very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Erholung pur!

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Die Anreise ist ein wenig holprig, da die Villa relativ abgelegen liegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum. Ebenso haben Boris und Rozalija an alles gedacht! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr einfach. Der Naturreich, die Olivenbäume und der Gemüsegarten geben das besondere Flair. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Man kann ganz gut in die „Stadt“ bzw. zum Hafen runterlaufen.

Wonderful villa

Stayed at Boris’ amazing villa with my adults children. The location is very private, set amidst olive and fruit trees, with spectacular views of the sea and Croatian mainland ( sea and mountains). The villa is just as described, with high spec fixtures and very well equipped for relaxing in several areas outside and in, around the bbq, or the pool, or on the first floor enormous terrace with hot tub. Beds are all very comfortable and everything was spotless. Boris cleans the pool several times a week, but is not intrusive at all, he was so kind and nothing was too much. Sutivan, a lovely 15 mins walk ( a couple of steep hills), is a small and beautiful friendly harbour town with pebble beaches (rubber shoes v useful), several restaurants and bars. All was ideal, so relaxing and we thoroughly recommend this villa as it was in every way the perfect place.
