Deni's Americana Retreat Lot 13
Nestled in beautiful Americana RV Resort just 2 miles north of Bentsen Rio Grande State Park. Americana is a small friendly park, heavily wooded and well known to birders for the Hawley Bird Refuge a birding area with nicely manicured paths. Includes a real queen sized bed, full kitchen setup, wifi, Dish network TV. Whole house air conditioning, with electric heat. Washer and dryer located in shed behind home. The home is located about 3 miles from Bentsen Rio Grande State park. It is located in the Americana RV Resort that has a swimming pool and hot tub, pool tables and is beautifully landscaped.
