The house was beautifully decorated and clean. It also was in a good location with a short drive to Historic Downtown. There was a great amount of room for our family. The water does have a strong sulfur smell but the owner was very upfront about it. This house is located in the midst of a small older community but the neighbors were no bother. The outdoor space is inviting. There was a slight delay in communication. We also had air conditioning issues for the entire stay that were not taken care of while we there. Luckily, it was cooler outside so it wasn’t unbearable.

We were generally comfortable in this rental; neighborhood felt a little sketchy; the biggest complaint is the smell of the water....strong sulfur smell. The listing and welcome information explains this and while it may be "safe to drink" it is very undesirable not only for drinking, but also for bathing.
