Check in was a disaster. I arrived very late and couldn't find the lock box, which was nowhere near the front door (it is actually hanging off the garden fence in front of the car parking area). No instructions were given to locate it, though instructions included a request to keep coffee grinds out of the sink, and it was after 11pm. Eventually, I got somebody on the phone after navigating some sort of phone system multiple times, but it was hugely stressful, and I was on my own late at night.
The apartment is very pleasant but has doors that don't shut (my bedroom and the hall closets), towel holders that come off the wall, and a variety of other easily-fixable problems that shouldn't feature in a place charging this much. There were no toiletries provided, and even the hand soap was watered down giving an overall impression of a lack of professional management and stinginess. My request to check out a bit later was answered with an offer to extent checkout beyond 10am for $100. My check in disaster didn't feature in any attempt to accommodate.
The yard, which is a wonderful perk, had a disused car seat in it. The bbq hadn't been cleaned and caught on fire. The master bedroom has a very tall bed, for some reason, which is tricky to get in and out of. All bedding is pure polyester, though there was a nice feather pillow included. Silly things wrong, but overall, a happy stay in a very convenient location.
