Very nice cabin in the mountains! If you are looking for quiet and remote this location is great. It’s an old school cabin with simple amenities and the surprise of a hot tub on the deck. The drive into PIgeon Forge or Gatlinburg will take 25 -35 minutes. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. Kevin was an excellent host, very responsive whenever we had questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.A few things future guests may want to know: the community pool is about a mile from the cabin. It did get quite busy during our visit, though that may be typical for the area. The cabin itself is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location, which we really appreciated after a day of exploring. There is no cell phone reception within about a mile of the cabin, but the Wi-Fi worked well, so we were still able to stay connected when needed. This was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains, and one thing we learned is that mountain driving takes longer than you might expect, plan on travel times being about three times longer than the mileage might suggest. That said, every drive was absolutely beautiful, and getting there was part of the adventure. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
