Stylish 1BR Suite Steps to the Beach 467

Beautifully decorated and furnished, fully remodeled, sunny and stylish, one bedroom suite located just across the street from the OOB beach. The suite has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster and all other basic necessities for your stay. This suite sleeps 6 with two full beds in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

One labeled parking space (467). Additional limited parking available upon request.

Google Maps sometimes places the property closer to the Pier than it actually is. We’re about 0.3 miles away. For the most accurate location, please use 46 East Grand Avenue (our second building in the complex).
We kindly ask that guests respect our home by following a few simple rules: no smoking, no parties or events, and please remove shoes when inside. Pets are not allowed.
