About this property
Comfort at the Clarendon Quaint, clean, safe, & convenient location!
Located in the heart of the historical Haymount area, this quiet 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. You will love the convenience of this great little space! Security for the building is excellent and offers a peace of mind for your safety.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed per building bylaws.
Our condo is located on the 2nd floor. There are two elevators and a staircase just down the hall as well. 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms with showers only, extra linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with every day items including a coffee pot, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher.
You have full use of our condo, the open (uncovered) parking spaces, community pool, grounds/outdoor areas, and self-service pay laundry area. The washers and dryers require quarters only with $2 wash and $1 dry per load..
