Exceptionally clean - fantastic communication - Perfect location for attending multiple concerts at Ruoff Music Center. Check in and check out was way easy and they were accommodating to our needs. We would definitely rent here again.

Top notch house in a quiet neighborhood. Walkability to the Ruoff Center to see a concert was the goal for my group, and it worked out perfectly. Having not been to the area, the recommendations provided by the host in their welcome book led us to a couple of great restaurants and shops as well.

Great location.

The location was fantastic for our stay. The added snacks and fridge with water were wonderful. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a day of conferencing.

Clean, Tidy, & just as described

The house was extremely clean and well equipped for our stay. Will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in town. We especially loved the snacks that were set out for us. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog.

Perfect place for a weekend with friends and family

We loved the house. We were in town for a swim meet nearby, and it was perfect to have beds for everyone, and our own kitchen. Everything was in excellent condition when we arrived, and the owner communicated with us before arrival and checked in with us after we arrived. It's located very close to lots of options for shopping and eating out. Great location, very nice house!

Perfect for Ruoff

We stayed here for a concert at Ruoff and it was perfect for four couples! We walked to and from the venue and didn’t have to worry about traffic. House was clean, some snacks were provided. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very clean for being a rental! It had all the hidden goodies you could imagine. Superb location and safe neighborhood! Comfy clean beds. Tv's where you want them. A garage full of games. Can't beat it for a family weekend getaway.
