Very nice place. We have rented it originally for my son to stay with his golf team and go to the LIV golf Championship and could have separate bedrooms for 4. It was exceptionally clean and exactly as described with many amenities and spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented the house for a group of 7 adults and it was perfect. Spacious enough not to feel crowded, bummed we didn’t utilize the fire pit, but it looked very nice. I would definitely return for future stays.

Beautiful home, nice fire pit and BBQ grill out back that we utilized. Home was very clean and owner responded timely, even allowed a late check out with no additional fees. Only complaint is that it is listed as a 4BR/3 & a half bath. It's actually only a 2 & a half bath. One in master bedroom, another one to share between the 3 other bedrooms upstairs, and the half bath downstairs. Still a very nice rental, but a third bathroom would have come in handy with 8 guests!

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Bryan’s home. The home is as beautiful, CLEAN, and well equipped as the description and pictures advertised. Nestled in a lovely neighborhood, 3 miles to a local Target, 5 mins to a delicious seafood restaurant called Slapfish, bakery, and fresh market all in one, and about 30 mins to the airport! We would most definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay during the Final Four in Indiana! The house was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a group of friends. The outdoor space was a highlight for us; we used it every day to relax, hang out, and enjoy the great weather. The location couldn’t have been better—close to several restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. The neighborhood was also beautiful and felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summer Basketball Team Stay Near Pacers and Mojo

Excellent house for a family and small team to stay. Perfect amount of space for 10 people of varying ages. Excellent indoor and outdoor spaces. Plenty of beds and places to unwind without being all over each other. Would stay here again without a second thought.

We had an absolute great stay! The house was clean and cozy, the outside was manicured with a fire pit, grill and picnic table. We’ll be staying again next year! And the host answered every question, and even let us get in a little early. 100/10 stars!

Home had everything we needed for a comfortable four day stay. The coffee bar was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked. Outside space looked fantastic, but rain did not allow us to use the propane firepit. Our grandson enjoyed the game room! Living space furniture VERY comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again for next year's baseball tournament!
