Everything was clean and in working order. They had a small welcoming package prepared which was very nice and my kids enjoyed it! The price felt great for what we got. The distance to all the parks was fantastic. If I plan a trip back to Orlando, I would stay here again.

Great location. Close to Disney parks and even closer to Universal. Would have preferred in unit laundry and a bake oven. Listing should be updated to explain laundry is on a different floor and unit only has cook top. Otherwise the unit was very nice.

Universal Studios trip

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Its proximity to the parks was perfect for us and the view of the lake and Universal water park was lovely. It was a good value. Only glitch was I did not understand ahead of time the pool towel and bath towel limits. Maybe that should be more prominent in the description or things to bring area. Other than that small hiccup it was a perfect stay.

The condo is clean and close to Universal parks. It does not have an oven as stated. Kitchen has the bare minimum for utensils and pans. Laundry is also not in the unit. Beds were not comfortable. There were no pool towels provided. Walls are thin, we could hear someone next door play guitar. Furniture is basic. Only two guests fit on the couch so additional guests have to sit on the dining room chairs.

Best unit in the enclave

I've stayed at the enclave 4 times now. Both VRBO and rooms that the enclave own. This is the best 2 bedroom I've stayed in so far. The only complaint I can give is it's managed by casiola property management and they waited until the day of my arrival to ask for some additional things through email. I basically had 5 hours to reply or my reservation was going to be cancelled.

Property Manager is not responsive at all - poor unit

Be careful and read the property details in full so you don’t experience what we went through.Besides the lack of a baking oven and no washer/dryer in the unit, the responsiveness of the Casiola contact Dennis was non-existent. We had the bathroom door in one of the bedroom lock on us and maintenance never came through as promised with a pin to unlock it. We had to unscrew and door handle and put it back just to open the door as a result. The headboard was unhinged from the wall before we even arrived and a “service ticket” was put in on day 1 and come day 7 no one ever came by. The owner was not even aware that there was no baking oven in the unit when we asked. It seems the owner of this property is just in it for the profit without any consideration of upkeeping the unit. The unit is definitely showing its age and wear and tear. One of the bedroom windows had a broken seal and the patio door would not even close properly without forcing it shut. All 3 TV’s lacked any good content. The beds are lumpy.Supplies in the unit were in scarce at best. For a 7 day stay, kitchen and bathroom supplies for 4 guests were not reasonable at all.No beach towel per guest. We could not enjoy either pool.The indoor pool had a funky odor and dirty.Vending machines not operational.The lobby was useless.
