About this property

Cozy home with privacy fence, fire pit & garage!

Enjoy quick access to grocery stores, downtown, the mall or hospital and clinics from this centrally located Salina home. If you like to hike or mountain bike, Indian Rock & the Levee are only a 12 minute drive away. Or just unplug with a book, some cards or a board game. You may also park your vehicle in the attached garage or under the carport to keep it dry during those famous Kansas thunderstorms!

We took great care to provide things we have appreciated and things that were missing from our past travel experiences. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with free Disney Plus w/Hulu as well as charging stations for your devices and extra pillows and blankets. Crib/pack-n-play & high chair are available upon request. The kitchen is well-stocked for most of your cooking and baking needs - from baking pans to a rice cooker and crock pot! And please help yourself to the complimentary snacks on the living room coffee table, as well as the complimentary coffee packets and coffee condiments in the kitchen.

There will be plenty of propane in the tank to fire up the gas grill for a cookout in our fully fenced-in private backyard. After dinner, enjoy some s’mores around the fire pit. We’re happy to provide some firewood if you need it.

This was the best little place to stay for the week in Salina. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, easy check in, comfortable beds and the hosts were great with communication. We were visiting family so most of our days were spent away but it was always a lovely place to land at night.

The hosts were super communicative and friendly. The home was as described and very clean. There were many amenities available to use provided by the host. (Coffee machine, washer/dryer, extra towels and bedding, cooking utensils, dish washer, various extra kitchen appliances, high chair and pack and play, games and books, etc.) The price for our stay was cheaper than a hotel room and much nicer. The back patio was lovely. The home was close to everything we were here for. Hoping to stay here again next year!

The bed was soft. The home has everything ypu needed. Check in was easy. Didn't stay at the property much because we spent time with family but while we were there it was great. Would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay! The house is clean, well kept and had everything you might need. The backyard is completely surrounded by a privacy fence, which is terrific if you are traveling with your dog! Would stay again if in the area!
