Why they chose this property
South O is AMAZING! It is such a cute but funky spot, with the best food around. We love the beaches in our neighborhood, and we love walking around and trying the new restaurants or going back to our favorite spots.
What makes this property unique
It has all the stuff you won't even realize you needed! We lived in this apartment for 5 years and loved it SO MUCH but outgrew it with our growing kids! I picked all the finishes so I personally think it's so cute and beachy. The natural lighting, tall ceilings, and colorful door and island make me happy every time I walk inside!
